When are your new releases?
- It varies; you should follow us on Instagram for our shop schedule as well as new releases and sales announcements.
What kind of paper do you use?
- We only use premium matte vinyl. It is buttery smooth and printing on it is very vibrant.
Can I return/exchange my order?
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/exchanges on orders. All sales are final.
Can I cancel my order?
- If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel/refund any order.
How long does it take to ship my order?
- Our processing times are always listed under the add to cart button on each product page. That way you can see the processing time before adding the product to cart. Please note processing times will extend during group sales. IF a delay occurs we will notify you by e-mail. or you may check the status of your order using the order lookup link at the bottom of the webpage.
How long does it take to receive my order?
- Domestic orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered. Once your order has been shipped; please allow 1-3 business days for tracking to update.
What about international orders?
- The time it takes varies depending on the country, but is usually around 2-3 weeks. Please note that the Buyer is responsible for any customs, fees, or tariffs associated with international shipping.
Where is my order?
- Please refer to your tracking information for updates on the status of your package. If your tracking still shows “pre-shipment” after 10 business days, please contact us and we will look into it.
- If a package has not been delivered, and is believed to be lost; please get in contact with your local post office.
- If a package has been marked as delivered. You must contact your local post office for GPS tracking 9 times out of 10 they are able to retrieve the package if it has been delivered to the wrong address. If it was delivered to the correct address you must file a police report for stolen mail.
