Shop Policy

Terms and Conditions:

• All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
• Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. 
• It is the buyers responsibility to provide us with the correct address before checking out. Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if a package is returned due to incorrect address.
• Current processing times are posted on each product page and the shop banner at the top of each page. Processing times may vary depending on sales. But we will inform you of any delays (if any) by e-mail.
• Rose Shadow Collection is not liable for missing packages marked as 'Delivered' that are either mis-delivered by the post office or due to theft on your property. The customer is responsible for contacting the carrier and opening an investigation. 
• Please check your package once it arrives. You have 10 days from the day your package is delivered to report any defective items or missing items.
